Jered Monroe graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and has been with the Property Frameworks team since 2011. Jered is a Senior Property Manager for our largest market and is responsible for managing our North DFW Territory as well as overseeing/assisting with the territories of his Junior Property Managers. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, he has an exceptional understanding of property management as well as dedication to maintaining positive relations with our clients and tenants.

With experience starting in the Triage department Derek’s currently holds the role of Senior Property Manager and has held a real estate license for 4 years.
